1. Login to the Admin Portal
  2. Click on Members on the side menu
  3. Click on Profiles
  4. On the new screen, click on Add New at the right side of the screen
  5. A new popup with label Add New Member
  6. Fill in new member's basic biodata
  7. Click on Add Member button to complete adding the new member. The added member would receive an email about next steps

Note: There are other ways of adding members; via import members on the profile page, or import member profile in the Manage Legacy Data menu
