- Login to the Admin Portal
- Click on Members on the side menu
- Click on Profiles
- On the new screen, click on Add New at the right side of the screen
- A new popup with label Add New Member
- Fill in new member's basic biodata
- Click on Add Member button to complete adding the new member. The added member would receive an email about next steps
Note: There are other ways of adding members; via import members on the profile page, or import member profile in the Manage Legacy Data menu
